Montale Aoud Lime blends the sensual power of oud with sweet floral overtones for an intoxicating scent that’s unlikely to be forgotten. It begins with top notes of Indian rose and warm patchouli for an opening that’s both fresh and intimate. The rich notes of oud, otherwise known as agarwood, emerge in the perfume’s heart. This rare ingredient, rumored to be an aphrodisiac in the East, forms the focal point of the scent as it mingles with the softness of Italian iris. Spicy saffron creates an exciting contrast with the rich scents of sandalwood and amber as the perfume draws to a close. The scent was launched in 2005.
